Many of us carry unspoken pain from past experiences with other women—moments of betrayal, exclusion, comparison, or silence when we needed support. These sisterhood wounds can leave lasting scars, making us wary of female friendships, hesitant to trust, and afraid to fully open our hearts. You are not alone.
But what if sisterhood could feel different?
What if it could feel like being seen without judgment, held without needing to explain, and celebrated not competed with?
In this circle, we’re gently entering the tender space of the sisterwound—not to relive it, but to reclaim what was lost: trust, belonging, and connection with other women who are also learning to love without fear. This circle isn’t about blaming or rehashing. It’s about healing. It’s about remembering that women were never meant to compete—we were meant to co-create, to uplift, to walk each other home.
When we begin to heal the sisterwound, something shifts:
We stop shrinking to avoid judgment.
We stop dimming our light to feel accepted.
We begin to feel safe in our fullness—together.
If you’ve ever longed for deeper connection with other women but held back out of fear, this space is for you.
Come as you are. Come with your questions, your scars, and your longing. We’ll hold them with love.
To ground and connect with the energy of sisterhood.
Visualization to release pain and welcome trust.
To affirm a new way of being in sisterhood.
Circle Facilitator
Annie is a circle facilitator, storyteller, and bridge-builder. As a Hmong woman, she’s walked through silence and survival and came out committed to helping others rise from it too. Her work is rooted in the belief that when we release what we’ve withheld, we create space for healing, clarity, and power. Through Hmong Women Today and Circle, Annie invites others into a movement where healing is not just personal—it’s collective, cultural, and catalytic. “Circle With Annie” is not about being fixed—it’s about coming home to yourself and rising together.
We believe healing and sisterhood should be accessible to all. Your presence is powerful—and your contribution keeps this space alive. Choose the option that best fits your heart and capacity:
