Whether you're hosting a retreat, gathering, or community event, Annie brings the circle practices to your space—creating an environment of safety, reflection, and shared transformation. Each circle is customized with your group’s intention in mind and rooted in cultural care, co-creation, and collective healing.
Circle With Annie was born from a deep longing—a longing to gather, to grieve, to heal, and to grow in ways that honor who we are as Hmong women and community members. I created Hmong Women Today because I witnessed how often we carry our pain in silence. How deeply we long to be seen—not just supported or helped, but truly witnessed. I’ve learned that transformation doesn’t come from fixing, but from being held in a space where we can speak our truth without fear.
We exist to interrupt the silence. We exist because vulnerability is not weakness—it’s strength.
We exist to rebuild trust—in ourselves, in each other, and in our collective healing.
We exist to lead—not just follow tradition, but to transform it with care and intention.
This work began with my own healing. And now, it continues with you. Because healing is never a solo journey—we rise when we are witnessed. Circle With Annie is for women ready to explore deeper conversations—about identity, intergenerational wounds, cultural expectations, and personal power. Whether you join for a single gathering or a six-week journey, this circle invites you to come exactly as you are—and leave more whole.

"Just being able to speak your truth, to be seen without judgment and met with compassion, is enough to spark healing. These circles have been that space for me."
"I’ve witnessed firsthand how sacred and transformative spaces can be when we lead with intention, care, and community. Sometimes, the healing isn’t in the title: it’s in the connection."
